Ashleigh Cooper - Provisional Psychologist
Ashleigh is a provisional psychologist who recently completed her Masters in Professional Psychology.
She brings valuable experience in supporting adolescents, families, and individuals with complex mental health needs. With a commitment to addressing body image and eating concerns, she utilises evidence-based frameworks such as CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and FBT (Family-Based Treatment).
Ashleigh’s approach is grounded in holistic, person-centred care, aiming to empower clients to realise their fullest potential and live authentically aligned with their values. She warmly welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is dedicated to creating a supportive space, particularly for neurodivergent clients.
Recognising the profound impact of eating disorders on relationships, Ashleigh advocates for collaborative strategies involving families and support networks in the journey to recovery. Beyond addressing food-related challenges, she is passionate about assisting clients in cultivating meaningful and fulfilling lives.
